Expats Can Win a Unique Front Crawl Course for Free!


The Swim Centre offers Front Crawl classes for anyone who can already swim and glide with their face in the water, but would like to be able swim a smooth and sustainable front crawl. During the training sessions you will discover how to:

 

   ▪    Use the natural buoyancy of your body

   ▪    Drastically reduce the amount of effort required to swim

   ▪    Use body rotation to maximize streamlining

   ▪    Recognize the importance of "preparing for movement"

 

Each week, you will follow a 1-hour training session in the Pieter Van Den Hoogenband Swimming stadium with a trainer that will take you through all the essentials for front crawl e.g. leg action, rotation, arm action and breathing.

 

Requirements

This course is at beginners level. The only requirement is that you have at least a basic swimming certificate. Also anyone who swims with a beginners front crawl technique and wants to improve to intermediate level is welcome in the course.

 

25% Discount or free

This front crawl course normally costs € 149. However, expats can get a 25% discount! (You'll pay only € 112) -- and one lucky subscriber will get the course for free! The winner will be notified personally.

Register and win!

Sign up for the course by sending an email to r.legierse@swimcentre.nl with your name and the Course Number that you prefer. After you've registered, you will receive a confirmation email. A few weeks before the course will begin, you will receive an invitation with practical information, as well as the invoice that has to be paid before the start of the course. One lucky susbscriber will get the course for free!
