Dare to Lead! Future by Diversity community event

The theme of this edition is Dare to Lead. It is about the courage to take up space, to make your voice heard, and to demonstrate leadership in a way that suits you. Because leadership does not always begin with a title or position, but with the choice to stand up, take responsibility, and contribute to change.

We are proud to welcome Shenin Lebrun as our keynote speaker. Shenin is an entrepreneur, speaker, and the founder of Hustle & Heart Consultancy. After a corporate career of nearly twenty years at Nike, she chose to leave her secure path behind and make room for her own mission: helping women see and realize their full potential. That step required courage, self-reflection, and breaking through beliefs that were holding her back. Today, Shenin builds powerful communities such as Sisterhood, in which women inspire, support, and challenge each other to think bigger. In her story, she demonstrates that growth rarely begins with certainty, but rather with the courage to take that first step anyway. It is precisely there that her story connects with Dare to Lead.

In addition to the keynote, you can expect a program featuring practical stories, networking opportunities, and in-depth conversations. A morning that invites you to look at things differently, discover new perspectives, and reflect on the role you can play for yourself, for others, and for an inclusive and future-proof region.
