Tune into your body - Meet your cycle (again)

This session is practical and empowering, to (re)learn what many of us didn’t get taught (or may not remember) about the menstrual cycle and reproductive system. We’ll revisit the basics, including anatomy, hormones, and the different phases of the cycle, while building a clearer connection to our bodies and rhythms.

If you joined this session in previous years, this is a chance to refresh your knowledge and reconnect with the information from a new moment in your life. And if it’s your first time, it’s the perfect starting point. This year, we’ll also include a small interactive activity to support personal reflection.

This session is a collaborative space for sharing knowledge, experiences, perceptions, and challenges. We are not medical experts or certified professionals, but passionate advocates for menstrual cycle awareness and empowerment. Our aim is not to provide definitive answers, but to foster open dialogue, mutual support, and collective learning.
