In October 2026, Kunstsmullen will present an innovative edition of its art trail in Heeze-Leende. Centered on the theme of "Spatial Exploration", Kunstsmullen brings together professional visual art with nature, landscape, and sensory experience. Visitors are challenged not merely to look at space, but to experience it - engaging their eyes, ears, skin, and entire bodies.
The art trail winds through the distinctive landscape of Heeze-Leende, showcasing artworks that are inextricably linked to their surroundings. Examples include installations that truly come into their own only when viewed from different angles, art that plays with perspective, light, or sound, and works that make the relationship between humanity and nature tangible. A special feature is the inclusion of "follies" - surprising, artistic structures with no fixed function that invite a sense of wonder, play, and reflection.
In addition, there is a varied parallel program featuring music, poetry, video art, and more.
There is no entrance fee.
