Seeker Education

A calm, beautiful, and thoughtfully prepared start to primary school in Eindhoven.

Seeker is a new private bilingual Montessori primary school in Eindhoven, opening in September 2026 for children aged 4 to 6. For families seeking an authentic, high-quality and internationally minded educational environment, Seeker offers something distinctive: a calm school culture, beautiful green grounds, trained Guides, and genuine attention for each child.

Seeker was founded from a deep conviction about how children truly grow and learn. As parents, founders Tim and Kamile immersed themselves in child psychology, education, and neuroscience, and experienced firsthand how powerful it is when children are met with respect, clarity, trust, and the right developmental support. They came to see how often young children’s developmental needs are not fully understood, or how easily they are placed in environments that are either too controlling or too unstructured.

In authentic Montessori education, they found a better way: a scientifically grounded approach that combines freedom with responsibility, independence with guidance, and warmth with high standards. As they describe it: “It is exactly the kind of school we want for our own children, and exactly the kind of school we felt was still missing in the Brainport region.”

Seeker is built around that vision. Its founders found a beautiful location in Eindhoven with green outdoor space, and brought together trained Guides and a clear educational approach designed especially for the early primary years. In Montessori, ages 4 to 6 are not treated as a waiting room before real learning begins. They are seen as an exceptionally important phase in which children can develop concentration, language, numeracy, coordination, confidence, social awareness, and independence in a natural and joyful way.

Seeker aims to be a school where children are truly seen and valued for who they are, while also being continually invited to grow. The school believes in intrinsic motivation, purposeful work, grace and courtesy, clear boundaries, and a strong school culture shaped by intent, honesty, humility, curiosity, bravery, responsibility, and joy.

For relocating families, the first school experience in a new country matters deeply. It shapes not only a child’s education, but also their sense of belonging, security, and confidence. Seeker strives to be a place where families feel welcomed, children feel at home, and strong foundations are laid for the years ahead.

If you are exploring school options in the Eindhoven region and would like to learn more about Seeker, Tim and Kamile would be glad to connect. At the time of writing, places are still available in the first class, which will be limited to a maximum of 24 children.
