Expat Spouses Initiative

Expat Spouses Initiative (ESI) is a social enterprise that connects internationals, especially partners and spouses of international knowledge workers, to local professional opportunities and accelerates them toward the Dutch labour market in a community-driven way. We do this in a variety of ways, including programs such as Career Bootcamp, Talent100, and Women for Women, as well as events and advocacy.

For the local business community, ESI acts as a bridge between businesses that need skilled employees and unseen international talent, who are dedicated, passionate, and ready to pursue their career ambitions in the Netherlands.
