The museum is undergoing renovations and this is the only exhibition that is open. The exhibition can be found in the Old Building.
Note: The Van Abbe café is closed and temporary toilets are available. For this reason, the museum is free to visit during this period.
You can enter via the old main entrance on Bilderdijklaan 10.
Van Abbemuseum renovations
The Van Abbemuseum is undergoing a major transformation in 2026! Renovations are being carried out between 23 March and 5 June 2026. In the autumn, we will also redesign the outdoor area to create a green space where nature and culture come together.
