On our recent visit to this weekly taalcafé in Waalre, we met with a group of internationals who are practicing their Dutch with the help of enthusiastic volunteers. We spoke about the work we do and handed out our Praat Nederlands Met Me buttons, bags, and umbrellas to support the learners.
Our Praat Nederlands Met Me buttons are a way to encourage locals to speak Dutch with internationals, who may not have the best Dutch yet, but who need to practice in order to improve. And our tote bags and umbrellas are covered with essential phrases in Dutch and English to help internationals feel more confident speaking Dutch in everyday life.
