Our welcome desk is open on Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. We welcome internationals who have come to our offices for their municipal registration and/or IND formalities appointment and do our best to help them with any questions they may have. We also give them their welcome bags.
Internationals are also welcome to call in at any time during opening hours to collect one of our guides or their "Praat Nederlands Met Me!" buttons. If you have a simple question, we will happily help you if we can. If your question is more complicated, we ask you to email us or use the contact form on this website instead. This will give us more time to ensure that your question goes to the right person and can be answered properly.
