Our Solution

SHEXON is a community-driven platform designed to bridge this gap. We connect recent graduates with successful alumni from similar disciplines, offering personalized one-on-one mentorship, practical career events, and targeted advice to help them launch their careers with confidence.

We are also developing the SHEXON AI Career Assistant—an intelligent digital companion that provides real-time support, CV feedback, job matching, and tailored insights into the Dutch job market. This scalable tool ensures that every graduate, regardless of background or network, has access to timely, actionable career support.
