Talent100
Talent100 is a regional career program to help partners rebuild their careers. The program was launched in 2021 by 3 regional changemakers - Huis Naar Werk, the Living In Program, and Expat Spouses Initiative - who recognized that when couples or families move country for one person’s job, the accompanying partner’s career is often a critical factor in the decision to stay. This 12-week career re-entry program serves as a steppingstone for partners who are currently unemployed, but who want to re-enter the workforce, empowering them to return to work and reintegrate into their previous career path or even a different one.
Each year Talent100 aims to take approximately 100 highly skilled and highly motivated individuals from any professional background and empower them through a variety of skill-building and informative workshops. This program is open to residents of southeast Brabant.

Women for Women
The Women for Women program connects international women with influential female ambassadors to help jumpstart their career. This joint initiative between Holland Expat Center South's Living In Program and the Expat Spouses Initiative is one of the tracks in the Talent100 program in Eindhoven. It is a pioneering movement in inclusion, dual career, and retention of international talent in the region.
Women for Women is a simple idea with mentorship and uniting international talent with local Dutch professionals at its heart. Each edition of the program accepts only around 20 international women, who are then individually paired with a local influential woman leader. The 12-week program includes career development and practical workshops by industry experts, along with networking opportunities and mentorship.
The program has been successful and is now in its12th edition in Eindhoven.
Expat Spouses Initiative
The Expat Spouses Initiative connects internationals - especially partners or spouses of international workers in the region - with local career opportunities. ESI focuses on successfully empowering the accompanying spouse/partner to navigate their return-to-work path and enabling them to adjust to the Dutch labor market. ESI also offers networking opportunities and collaborates with companies, organizations, and governments to support talent acquisition/retention strategies and dual-career friendly policies for more diverse and inclusive workplaces and regions.
