Message
- Maximum 500 words in English (US spelling).
- If the post refers to a website, Instagram post, Facebook page or LinkedIn post, the information there must also be in English.
- Include the profile URLs of any persons(s) you would like to be tagged in the post. Otherwise, we may not be able to find the correct person(s)!
Tips:
- Shorter texts are more likely to be read completely.
- To increase the reach of your post, use keywords and add up to five hashtags.
- Don’t forget to include your company’s email and/or website in the message!
Photos
- JPEG or PNG format, 1200 x 627 pixels (landscape) and less than 3MB.
- No text in the photo(s). This is to comply with accessibility requirements.

Deadlines
Introduction posts
Text and image(s) must be submitted by 1 April 2026.
Quarterly posts
- 1st quarter – by 1 March
- 2nd quarter – by 1 June
- 3rd quarter – by 1 September
- 4th quarter – by 1 November
In addition, messages must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks before the preferred date of posting.
