Citizens of certain countries must be prepared to undergo a tuberculosis (TB) test within 3 months of arrival in order to obtain and keep their residence permit.

If this applies to you, you need to make an appointment with the Municipal Health Service (Gemeentelijke or Gemeenschappelijke Gezondheidsdienst, GGD) at the municipality where you live. For this appointment you must complete part of the Tuberculosis Examination Referral Form, which will be attached to your residence permit application form.
